GENERAL – HAIR SERVICES
Our Pricing structure is tiered accordingly to the experience of our stylists and we reserve the right to change the level of a stylist without any prior notice
We require you to have a skin sensitivity test 48 hours prior to any Aveda colour service. A surcharge will be made for long or thick hair due to the extra use of product.
Our price for colour does not include any finish (i.e. blow dry / cut / blow dry)
With regards to all tinting services a skin patch test is required 48 hours prior to your service.
For all facials / massage please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time as we may not be able to offer you your full allocated treatment should you arrive late.
CANCELLATION POLICY / LATENESS
As a courtesy to our service providers and guests on the waiting list we kindly ask you to give us at least 24 hours notice for any amendments or cancellation of your booking. If less than 24 hours notice given a 50% charge will be made.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to re-schedule your appointment or offer you an alternative service / day.
OFFERS / DISCOUNTS:
Please note offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Offers / discounts cannot be redeemed in whole. We have the right to withdraw our offers at any time.
We are only able to offer a refund / credit note on products if un-opened / un-damaged and in original packaging with a purchase receipt unless there is a fault with the product.
Child prices apply all day Monday – Friday only. Full price will be charged on a Saturday.
All of our offers exclude children up to the age of 16, unless specifically states children discount applies.
